Yolande Korkie, seen here with her two children, sent out a heartfelt plea to the people holding her husband to have him released safely.
South African Pierre Korkie was kidnapped in Taiz, Yemen, on May 27 last year.
Today mark a year since South African Pierre Kortie was kidnapped by Ql-qaeda militants in Taiz, Yemen with his wife Yolande in may last year.
Pierre was a teacher in Yemen and his wife did relief work in hospitals. Yolande was released in January 10 after Gift of Givers helped negotiate her release.
The kidnappers have demanded a sum of $3million ransom for Kortie. Information from Yemen says Kortie is still alive but in bad health.
We apply to his captors to please release Kortie.
