World Cup Group F: Stephen Keshi says Nigeria won't dwell on 0-0 draw with Iran

Stephen Keshi: Disappointing start for Nigeria

Stephen Keshi has urged his Nigeria players not to dwell on their disappointing 0-0 draw with Iran at the World Cup.
The Super Eagles enjoyed 70% possession of the ball in their Group F opener in Curitiba on Monday but failed to find a way past Iran goalkeeper Alireza Haghighi.
They managed four shots on target out of 10 in total but found Iran stubborn opponents.
Nigeria have now failed to win any of their last nine World Cup matches, extending the longest winless run of any team taking part in this tournament.

Iran's delight in taking a point was evident in their reaction at the final whistle, while Keshi's players will see the draw as an opportunity lost.
They were found wanting with their final ball throughout and only the late addition of substitutes Shola Ameobi and Peter Odemwingie breathed life into their front line.

Keshi admitted: "The boys were nervous and unsettled - you don't do that at this stage.
"It happens in football. We really didn't perform as expected but we have to move on.
"I wanted a win but we must take a draw. We must do better to get a win against Bosnia."
