Army Takes Over In Burkina Faso, Creates Traditional Authority, Campaore's Where About Unknown.

The army yesterday night, Thursday 30th October, 2014 took over in Burkina Faso after violent demonstration by the populace over Campaore's attempt to review the constitution to enable him continue in power. Compaore's where about is presently unknown. 

In  a communique issued late Thursday, the armed forces chief in Burkina Faso announced dissolution of the National Assembly and government.  General Honore Traore announced formation of a transitional administration for no more than 12 months to run the country and prepare for the "restoration of constitutional order". South Africa came together to mourn the three sports stars that passed away on three consecutive days in October.

Track and field athlete Mbulaeni Mulaudzi, boxing queen Phindile Mwelase and Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa passed away on October 24, 25 and 26 consecutively.
Mulaudzi was killed during a car accident as he made his way to a meeting in Johannesburg. Mwelase died after spending about two months in a coma after collapsing during a boxing match. Meyiwa was shot dead at his girlfriend's home in Vosloorus on Sunday. More pics after cut...
