Ojude Oba literately means the kings's front-yard. It is an annual event when the citizens and well wishers of Ijebuland pay homage to their king (The Awujale of Ijebuland).
Fixed on the 3rd day of Ileya festival because many Ijebu citizens (Muslims and Non Muslims) often travel home for the Ileya festivals...even though the event has become very popular and big that many now go home for Ileya because they don't want to miss Ojude Oba.
