This is Miley Cyrus' brand-new look, and to say that this is a home run would be a pretty big understatement. Her hair looks washed, healthy, and instead of conjuring images from the horrific "We Can't Stop" video, it makes us think slightly -- slightly! -- of Hannah Montana ... just with a hot edge. And don't you even for a second consider telling her that, because she's just gonna go and shave it and dye it blue so that any HM resemblance goes right out the window.
Is it a wig? A weave? A momentary lapse of judgement on How to Be Annoyingly Edgy? Who even knows. One thing is certain, though -- it sure looks rad. ... For, you know, Miley.
