Andile Ncube to host X-Factor South Africa

Popular music talent show X-Factor is coming to South Africa and Andile Ncube has been chosen as the presenter.

Ncube began his TV career on the SABC1 music show One will be highly anticipated show which debuts on SABC1 on Saturday, 6 September at 18:00.
The X-Factor South Africa is part of the television music competition franchise created by former ‘American Idol’ judge Simon Cowell.
“I will be guiding both contestants and viewers through all of the ups and downs of this thrilling show. I will be offering contestants support and encouragement along the way – from their first auditions in front of the judges through to the nail-biting live shows. Of course, I will also try and keep the judges in check,” Ncube explained about his role in the show.

The show’s four judges/mentors have not yet been announced.
What makes X-Factor different from other music competitions is that contestants get to be mentored by the judges.
Each judge is given a particular category to mentor through the competition; this includes aiding them with song selection and styling.
