Photo: ELLPUTO TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE AS A SPECIAL GUEST AT THE 2016 MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK

On the 13^th of August 2016, the luxury fashion brand for gentlemen, XIPIXI will be showcasing its new Spring/Summer Collection entitled “Year of the Gentleman” at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Johannesburg brought to you by African Fashion International.

This fast growing menswear brand is founded by Mozambican fashion executive, Antonio Macheve Jnr. and the showcase will be held at the Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton, kick starting at 18:00 promptly.

As entertainment is complemented by fashion, the team at XIPIXI is thrilled to announce that the multi award winning producer,Ellputo will be a special guestat the annual Mercedes Benz Fashion Week this year.

Ellputo is popularly known on the streets for being the hit maker of some of the hip hop fans’ favourite jams, Laylizzy ft. AKA’s “Hello” and DJ Dimplez ft. Burna Boy’s “Clean In This B” being some of them.

Best known for his exceptionally good skills in music production and music in general, Ellputo will be adding more flavour to the show, making an appearance as a special guest where he will also get to showcase the designer’s latest work as a model, contributing to the next Spring/ Summer trends for the international gentleman.

XIPIXI has showcased on various platforms, some of them including the Oxford Town Hall in the United Kingdom and the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Cape Town.

“I feel great. I just love the idea. I’ve always followed fashion shows in my city, especially the Moz Fashion Week. I’m passionate about the designer’s works and creativity and I believe this is going to be a great experience. I can’t wait,” Ellputo says.

About Ellputo:

Geobek Records multi award winning producer, Ellputo (real name Etivaldo Victorino) was born on the 8^th of July 1988 and began his career in 2000 when he was 11 years old. Besides being a producer, the young mastermind is the founder of one of the most successful production houses in Mozambique, Sameblood Productions that he established with his brother, Mic-B and hip hop artist, Laylizzy.
