Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe has reportedly failed to comment on his alleged ill health but attributed his long life to God.
This comes after Mugabe appeared in public for the first time in weeks sparking rumours that he was sick.
According to Reuters Mugabe spoke at his sister Bridget's funeral recently and said, "I do not know how I have lived this long, It is all in God's hands."

Mugabe, who turns 90 in a month, regularly travels to Singapore but his advisors denied reports that he’s being treated for prostate cancer there.
Before the funeral, rumours had been rife that Mugabe was seriously ill with some even speculating that he had died after he failed to make a public appearance in over a month.
