Justin Bieber is heading home after a brief break in Panama following his DUI while drag racing in Miami, Florida last week.

Bieber's management team is no doubt relieved that the superstar finally agreed to head home.
Immediately following his arrest on Thursday, he refused to board a private jet that was waiting to fly him from Miami to Los Angeles.
'The private plane was on standby all day,' a source told MailOnline exclusively. 'It was really disappointing that he never got on it. Justin needs to get help now.'
Instead, Bieber chose to stay on in Miami with his father Jeremy, 38; the pair were understood to be holed up in a Mediterranean-style mansion. He then headed to Panama.

For his Tuesday flight, the pop star wore flashy black and white trousers and a baggy white T-shirt while accompanied by a burly bodyguard as he made his way to his plane.
The Baby singer wore a baseball cap and a gold chain around his neck and carried a cold bottle of water.
Bieber, whose every move has been mapped since his arrest on Thursday, appeared unperturbed by the attention and even managed a small smile for the cameras.

Usher, left, and Scooter Braun both jetted to Panama to reason with the young star

Meanwhile, MailOnline has learned exclusively Justin is scheduled to be arraigned on Valentine's Day for his arrest that included a DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
'Justin will be arraigned on February 14 at 9 am,' a source told MailOnline exclusively.
'He will have to meet with judge William Altfield. There is already a courtroom assigned to his case.'
Justin already has an attorney, Roy Black, working on his behalf.

Life in the fast lane: Bieber, seen here on Monday in Panama, will be arraigned for his DUI in Miami on Valentine's Day

'Justin doesn't have to be there,' Ed Griffith, a Miami state attorney's office spokesperson, told People. 'He will plead non guilty and the process will begin.'
The Beauty And A Beat singer was arrested in the early morning hours of Thursday in the Miami Beach area after visiting the club SET with his father, rapper Khalil Sharief and Chantel, aged 21.
Police noticed Bieber when a street had been closed off for him by friends to make room for a drag race with Khalil.
The star was pulled over in his rented yellow Lamborghini and dropped several F-bombs after being asked to get out of his car and put his hands on his vehicle.
