The biggest cake exhibition ever in Africa was held on the 10^th and 11^th of April at the Protea Hotel,Lekki, Lagos. 

 

The theme for this year was “Beyond Limits” The fair witnessed exhibitions, workshops, conferences and awards. Exhibitors and Vendors came from as far as Ghana, Benin Republic, London and Canada.

 

Just Cakes by SOMCHEZ owned by Mrs Eniye Okoye, the organizers of this year’s fair highlighted the opportunity the event brings for cake bakers and vendor. She also gave a free demonstration class on butter icing. 

 

Just Cakes specializes in birthday, wedding, christening and special occasion cakes. They are also involved in workshops, training as well as little bakers club (summer classes for kids from 7 years)
