The SABC yesterday 18th August 2014, sacked 16 top actors of SA's most watched television soapie. The leading actors of Generations who have been ion strike for better wages and contract received their letters of immediate dismissal last night.
Those fired include Katlego Danke (Dineo), Menzi Ngubane (Sbusiso), Sophie Ndaba (Queen Moroka) and slindile Nodangala the popular Mama Ruby.
Generations according to SA Audience Research Foundation, is the most watched television show in South Africa with over 8million viewers every week night.
