Culpable homicide-convicted Oscar Pistorius's bail was extended in the High Court in Pretoria on Friday."I have considered the submissions by council... the onus is on the State to persuade this court it was not in the interest of justice that the accused bail is extended.
"I am not so persuaded," Judge Thokozile Masipa said.
The sentencing will be heard on 13 October 2014
